This document regulates the main requirements imposed in case of realization food and nonfoods including of export, including prototypes and pilot batches and is referral for the legal entities and physical persons performing food business activity in the territory of the Republic of Moldova including export, irrespective of their subordination and patterns of ownership. The procedure for sales of goods, further in the text - "Procedure", is developed according to the legal acts and documents existing in the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
Food and nonfoods, including prototypes and pilot batches, further in the text "goods", are implemented in the domestic and foreign market according to the signed delivery agreements.
In agreements delivery conditions of goods, quantity, quality and their cost, regulating documents, requirements to which there shall correspond goods, their packing, packaging, marking, accompanying documents and procedure for settlement, and also additional requirements and responsibility of the parties in case of non-compliance with terms of the contract are specified.
The goods made in the Republic of Moldova and realized both in the territory of the republic and beyond its limits, shall conform to requirements of one of the following regulating documents state standard specifications operating in the republic - the interstate standard, SM - the standard of the Republic of Moldova, OST (SP) - industry standard, THAT (RT) specifications.
The regulating documents approved in the Republic of Moldova (SM, SP, PT) on serially issued goods are subject to state registration in Department of standards, metrology and technical supervision (Moldovastandart), and RT on pilot batches and prototypes in which restrictions are provided (effective period up to two years or goods quantity), is subject to accounting registration in Department Moldovastandart.
