About approval of the Standard regulations on activities of persons authorized by hired employees concerning labor protection
According to article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About labor protection", the Regulations on the State committee of Ukraine on industrial safety, labor protection and mountain supervision approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 23.11.2006 of N 1640, for the purpose of establishment of single requirements to activities of persons authorized by hired employees concerning labor protection I ORDER:
1. Approve Standard regulations on activities of persons authorized by hired employees concerning labor protection (further - the Standard provision) which are applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine on supervision of labor protection of 28.12.93 N135 "About Standard Regulations on Work of Authorized Labour Collectives concerning Labor Protection" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 31.01.94 for N18/227.
3. (Prokhorov V. V.) to submit to management of the normative-right and legal providing the order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and to enter corresponding changes in the State register of regulatory legal acts on labor protection, to post the Standard provision on the website of Gosgorpromnadzor.
4. The editorial offices of the Labor protection magazine (Yakovenko M. G.) to publish the order in the future issue of the magazine.
5. To department of personnel, clerical work and special work (Kravets V. Yu.) in week time after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring the order to permission central and local executive bodies, territorial administrations and the expert and technical centers of Gosgorpromnadzor.
