Procedure for use in 2007 of the means provided in the government budget for labor protection and increase in safe engineering at the coal-mining and shaft construction companies

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of use of the means provided in the government budget to Minugleprom according to the "Labor Protection and Increase in Safe Engineering at the Coal-mining and Shaft Construction Companies (including the Companies for Production of Brown Coal), including Decontamination of Coal Layers" program (further - budgetary funds).

2. Minugleprom is the main manager of budgetary funds.

3. Budgetary funds are allocated coal-mining and shaft construction to the companies (except the profitable companies and on what actions for preparation for liquidation are performed) for implementation of the actions determined by the Program of increase in the labor safety at the coal-mining and shaft construction companies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 29, 2006 N374 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, N 13, the Art. 879), in particular for:
