the order of the Ministry of Labour of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education of Ukraine of October 21, 1996 No. 83/331 "About modification and amendments in Regulations on the organization of professional training, advanced training and retraining of the released workers and the unoccupied population", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 5, 1996 for No. 656/1681;
