According to Article 71 of the Customs code of Ukraine, in pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 23.04.2003 of N584 "About Approval of the Procedure for Determination of the Place of Implementation of Customs Clearance of Goods and Vehicles Which Move Residents and Nonresidents through Customs Border of Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for customs clearance of goods according to sheets approvals I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for acceptance by customs authorities of agreed decision about the place of implementation of customs clearance of goods which is applied.

2. To department of the organization of customs control (Serbaylo A. I.) and to Legal support department (Stupak Yu. V.) provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. (Nikolaychuk O. O.) to provide to management of information support and customs statistics commissioning of program and information complex for control by results of customs with registration of goods according to sheets approvals with use of the Single automated information system of State Customs Service of Ukraine.

3.1. Provide to authorized officers of the Central bureau of risk analysis and audit access to registers of sheets approvals for the purpose of control of results of customs clearance of goods out of the place of accounting of subjects of foreign economic activity.
