Approve the Procedure for use in 2007 for the means provided in the government budget for carrying out monitoring of the surrounding environment and ensuring the state control of observance of requirements of the nature protection legislation which is applied.

1. This Procedure determines use mechanism in 2007 of the means provided by Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources in the government budget according to the "Monitoring of the Surrounding Environment and Ensuring the State Control of Observance of Requirements of the Nature Protection Legislation" program (further - budgetary funds).
2. Budgetary funds are allocated according to the plan of nature protection actions approved by the Minister of protection of the surrounding environment and approved with the Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine according to distribution of functional powers and the Minister of Finance in a month after entry into force of this Procedure.
The plan of nature protection actions is created according to the list of types of activity which belong to the nature protection actions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 17, 1996 N 1147, in the following directions:
