Questions of carrying out compulsory national insurance by some types

According to Item 10 of Final provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About insurance" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that before adoption of law on settlement of replacement of compulsory national insurance by direct implementation of compensation payment from the government budget by the main managers of budgetary funds on target payments on place of employment of victims the National Bank, in accordance with the established procedure grants licenses for carrying out:

1) compulsory national insurance:

officials of bodies of the state architectural construction supervision;

athletes of the highest categories;

2) compulsory personal insurance:

health and pharmaceutical workers (except those which work in organizations and the organizations which are not financed from the government budget) on case of infection with human immunodeficiency virus in case of execution of service duties by them;

workers departmental (except those which work in organizations and the organizations which are not financed from the government budget) and rural fire protection and members of voluntary fire teams (teams).

2.  No. 24 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 20.01.2016
