convinced that further deepening of cooperation in the field of science, educations, cultures, health cares, tourism and sport will promote strengthening of good-neighbourhood between both republics, to expansion of knowledge and mutual enrichment of cultures,

aiming at consolidation of peace and cooperation in Asia and Europe,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Expand and deepen bonds between the people of two republics in the field of culture and art, in every possible way to promote development of languages and cultures of all nations and nationalities living in their territory, to expansion and deepening of cooperation between cultural institutions at the state, regional and local levels, to exchange of on-stage performance groups, cultural figures, arts and literatures.
