About issue of soft credit and about rendering one-time financial support to the farms which are subject to resettlement from the danger areas of the Republic of Tajikistan subject to impact of exogenous processes during the period from 2005 to 2010
For the purpose of resettlement of citizens from the danger areas subject to landslides, collapses, avalanches and mud streams which underwent others to natural disasters, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan annually, since January, 2005 for 2010 to provide in the republican budget of means for:
- resettlements of 5010 farms located in danger ecological areas according to information of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and civil defense of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Head geological department under Government of the Republic of Tajikistan "Geologiyai of points", assignment by means of Government savings bank of the Republic of Tajikistan of Amonatbonk in the form of the resource credit, according to appendix;
- rendering to families, one-time financial support in the amount of 100 somoni on the head of the family and on 50 somoni on each family member with allocation to their authorized Items of Government savings bank of the Republic of Tajikistan of Amonatbonk areas, the cities and areas according to the reasonable petition of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan the shown local executive public authorities and other authorized bodies.
To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to allocate funds in case of idea of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the copy of decisions of local executive bodies of the government of allocation of land areas for resettlement of farms from danger areas.
