About approval of single operating procedure and interaction of subordinate divisions in the territories of the markets of automotor-transport in execution of agreements of alienation of automotor-vehicles

According to Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of N354 of August 28, 2001 "About streamlining of acquisition, use and alienation of automotor-vehicles" the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, the Central bank and the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan agreed:

1. Approve single operating procedure and interactions of subordinate divisions in the territories of the markets of automotor-transport in execution of agreements of alienation of automotor-vehicles according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, the Central bank and the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan to take the necessary measures directed to implementation of this agreement in a month.
