Due to increase in prices for the grain imported into the republic, change of purchase prices for milk and for the purpose of protection of the domestic consumer market the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. To the companies, the organizations and other legal entities located in the territory of the republic irrespective of patterns of ownership since July 15, 1993 to apply marginal regulated prices for flour, semolina, bread, bakery products and bakery products, milk and dietary fermented milk products.
To the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to develop and publish the marginal price list of regulated prices for flour, bread and bakery products taking into account profitability level to 3 percent and on milk and molokoprodukta - to 6 percent.
2. To the Ministry of Trade and material resources of the Republic of Tajikistan, to Tadzhikmatlubot's Government, the Ministry of bakery products of the Republic of Tajikistan and Tadzhikmyasomolprom jointly about local executive bodies to make in accordance with the established procedure revaluation of all remaining balance of flour, semolina, bread and bakery products, milk and molokoprodukt on limiting Date of Introduction - regulated prices.
Means from revaluation of remaining balance are completely enlisted in the republican budget.
To financial and tax authorities on places to be directly involved in carrying out revaluation of remaining balance of the specified products and to exercise strict control of correctness of transfer of these means in the budget.
3. To the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to approve till July 15, 1993 for all companies and the organizations of trade the level of trade allowances on flour, semolina, bread and bakery products, milk, dairy products.
