About retail prices on sugar, tea, grain and pasta
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Determine that since November 15 of this year realization of sugar, grain and pasta in the republic is made on retail prices of all-union level.
2. Approve and since November 15 of this year to enact retail prices on tea according to appendix.
3. To the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, Tadzhikpotrebsoyuz, the ministries, departments and the organizations of the republic having retail chain stores to carry out in accordance with the established procedure revaluation of sugar, tea, grain and pasta on Date of Introduction to action of new retail prices with entering of the amounts of revaluation into the budget of the republic.
4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to compensate difference between the operating and entered retail prices medical and to preschool institutions, schools, orphanages and nursing homes, houses nursing homes for aged and disabled people, to other organizations financed from the republican budget in proportion to rise in price of sugar, tea, grain and pasta.
Recommend to executive committees of Councils of People's Deputies to make similar decisions for the specified organizations financed from local budgets.
5. To the state committee of the Republic of Tajikistan on economy to publish price lists of retail prices for grain, tea, pasta and to bring to the interested ministries, departments and the organizations of the republic.
