1. Approve Instructions for use by highways and their protection in the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. The state automobile inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan to establish control of observance of Rules by all users of highways in the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Tajik SSR of April 8, 1975 No. 90 "About approval of Instructions for use by highways and their protection in the Tajik SSR".

Instructions for use highways and their protection in the Republic of Tajikistan

1. In these rules the following concepts are used:
