Due to increase in prices for energy carriers, the equipment, materials, component parts and spare parts, and also rise in price of cost of services in transportation and processing of mailings, on transfer of telegrams and lease of cable communication channels in settlement with administrations of communication of the CIS countries the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Ceased to be valid.
2. Raise since January 1, 1995 rates for lease of technical means of broadcasting and television on average by 8 times.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 14, 1994 No. 181, the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 7, 1994 No. 490.
