1. These rules determine procedure for use of radio of communication by the companies, organizations, organizations, regardless of property type, and citizens.
2. Action of rules is extended to representative offices of the foreign companies, firms, the companies and the organizations which, being on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan, perform the activities according to the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. Rules do not extend to radio communication:
- representative offices of the international organizations in the Republic of Tajikistan;
- diplomatic and consular representations in the Republic of Tajikistan.
4. Action of these rules does not extend to special communication of the Ministries of Defence, safety, internal affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
