About additional measures for further increase in production of tobacco and improvement of its quality

For the purpose of increase in production of tobacco and improvement of its quality the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. To chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, tobacco-growing areas to take specific measures for further development of tobacco growing.

2. To corporation of the food industry, gardening and wine growing of Hurokvori, Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan, State committee of statistics of the Republic of Tajikistan, Chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas and areas:

take necessary sales incentives and delivery of all grown-up tobacco to the fermentative companies;

provide acceptance of tobacco raw materials by the fermentative companies from tabakoproizvoditel on the basis of bilateral agreements;

provide acceptance, procurement, storage and preprocessing of tobacco by the fermentative companies according to requirements of State standards and other specifications and technical documentation separately on tabakoproizvoditel and on industrial grades;

provide in accordance with the established procedure timely submission of statistic reports about amounts of the handed-over tobacco, its conversions, realization and remaining balance each tabakoproizvoditel.

3. Grant the right to tabakoproizvoditel and the fermentative companies having own raw materials, sell products on the basis of the signed agreements, in accordance with the established procedure.

4. To standardization agency, metrology, certification and trade inspection under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan to perform processing equipment of the fermentative companies in a month, to resolve operation of these companies on condition of compliance them to State standards.
