About approval of the State program on rational use in the Azerbaijan Republic summer and winter pastures, meadows and to prevention of desertification

For the purpose of increase in productivity by development of livestock production in the country by more progressive methods, strengthenings of protection of summer and winter pastures and meadows, increases in rationality of their use and ensuring preserving their biological diversity I decide:

1. Approve the State program on rational use in the Azerbaijan Republic of summer and winter pastures, meadows and to prevention of desertification it (is applied).

2. Determine that the coordinating body in implementation of the State program approved by Item 1 of this Order is the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Order.

4. This Order becomes effective from the date of publication.
