1. Approve "Regulations on the state privatization shares (checks) in the Azerbaijan Republic" it (is applied).
2. Determine that the state privatization share (check) is the security providing non-paid provision of part of the state-owned property belonging to the Azerbaijan Republic, each citizen of the Azerbaijan Republic.
Each citizen of the Azerbaijan Republic has the right to 1 (one) state privatization share consisting of 4 (four) checks.
One privatization share is in addition issued to persons who are determined by the legislation.
3. To citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic to begin on August 1 and to complete provision of the state privatization shares (checks) on October 1, 1996.
4. Issue of securities by other state bodies and creation of other systems for the purpose of non-paid provision of state-owned property in property of citizens and their associations is not allowed.
5. For carrying out preparatory work in the course of privatization of state-owned property on the state privatization shares (checks) to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:
* within 1 (one) month to provide preparation and approval of regulating documents according to "Regulations on the state privatization shares (checks) in the Azerbaijan Republic";
* within 1 (one) month to approve storage precautions and protection of the state privatization shares (checks) in the Azerbaijan Republic.
6. To local executive bodies of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Ministry of Defence of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of homeland security of the Azerbaijan Republic to prepare and till June 1, 1996 to provide to the Ministry of state-owned property of the Azerbaijan Republic lists of citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic, including, temporarily living outside the Azerbaijan Republic to which the state privatization shares shall be issued.
