For the purpose of creation of the effective control system over export, import, and also transit of arms, military equipment and other military products, according to the orders of the Government of the KR of October 29, 1998 No. 709 "About approval of the organizations of licensors and export licensing experts and import of specific goods in the Kyrgyz Republic", of September 24, 2007 No. 432 "About approval of the Regulations on transit of arms and military equipment through the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic",

I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of arms, the military equipment and other products and military services which are subject to licensing in case of their export and import and also transit of which it is performed on special permissions.

2. To deputy defense secretaries, chiefs of Head departments and managements to accept to management the Military list in practical activities.

3. To the head of department of the international military cooperation in accordance with the established procedure to carry out state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. To the chief of the press service in accordance with the established procedure to organize official publication of this order in mass media after carrying out state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic with the subsequent notification.
