1. To provide to territorial authorities of Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision registration:

1.1. In territorial Sections of the state register of hazardous production facilities of all hazardous production facilities and the organizations, except for hazardous production facilities exploiting them subordinated to the federal bodies of the power performing maintaining departmental Sections of the state register of hazardous production facilities: Ministries of Defence of the Russian Federation; Federal Penitentiary Service; Ministries of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation; Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation; Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation; Russian Foreign Intelligence Services; Directorial Board for the Special Programs of the President of the Russian Federation; Federal Agency for Special Construction of the Russian Federation;
