1. Free providing with treatment-and-prophylactic food the workers occupied at works with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions is performed by employers according to approved by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and the Ministry of Health:

the list of productions, professions, positions and works at which employment grants the right to free receipt of treatment-and-prophylactic food in connection with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions;

diets of the treatment-and-prophylactic food issued free of charge to the workers occupied at works with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions;

regulations of free issue of vitamin medicines to the workers occupied at works with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions.

2. Determine that:

2.1. treatment-and-prophylactic food provides workers:

in days of the actual employment at least a half of the working day (change) on the productions, professions, positions, works provided by the list of productions, professions, positions and works at which employment grants the right to free receipt of treatment-and-prophylactic food in connection with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions called in Item 1 of this resolution;

occupied with cleaning and preparation of the equipment for repair, dismantle or preservation on productions which workers receive treatment-and-prophylactic food, and also workers of other productions of the organization on whom treatment-and-prophylactic food is not issued, and the employees of other organizations who are carrying out construction, construction, repair and construction and commissioning on productions which workers, including maintenance force, receive treatment-and-prophylactic food;

2.2. issue of treatment-and-prophylactic food for last time and monetary compensation for timely uncollected treatment-and-prophylactic food are not made;
