Based on the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 1992 "About public welfare payments to the families raising children" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of March 19, 2002 and the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 8, 2007 "About strengthening of the state support of families for the birth of children" the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 268
1. From November 1, 2007 to January 31, 2008 to make payment of public welfare payments to the families raising children in the following sizes:
1.1. lump-sum allowance in connection with the child's birth: in case of the birth of the first child - 928 350 rubles; in case of the birth of the second and the subsequent children - 1 299 690 rubles;
1.2. lump-sum allowance to the woman who got registered in the state organization of health care to the 12 weeks term of pregnancy - 185 670 rubles;
1.3. monthly allowance on child care aged up to 3 years - 120 690 rubles:
1.3.1. monthly allowance - 211 210 rubles (taking into account the allowance in the amount of 75 percent of benefit) - to the women who gave birth to the child out of scrap if the information about the child's father in the blotter of acts of the birth is made on specifying of mother, and performing child care aged up to one and a half years, and 168 970 rubles (taking into account the allowance in the amount of 40 percent of benefit) - performing child care aged from one and a half up to three years;
