1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the non-staff inspector on supervision of effective use of fuel and energy and material resources in law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Belarus and internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
2. To the deputy minister of internal affairs - the internal troops commander, chiefs of departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, head department of operational search activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, organizations of formation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Minsk city executive committee, the Departments of Internal Affairs of regional executive committees to appoint the Departments of Internal Affairs on transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus till November 1, 2007 in subordinate connections, military units, law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Belarus, divisions of non-staff inspectors on supervision of effective use of fuel and energy and material resources.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on Finance department and the back of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
