Procedure for use in 2007 of the means provided in the government budget for provision of housing for separate categories of citizens who according to the legislation have the right to its obtaining

This Procedure determines use mechanism in 2007 of the means provided to Minregionstroy according to the budget programs "Provision of Housing for Separate Categories of Citizens Who according to the Legislation Have the Right to Housing" (KPKV 2751250), "Construction (acquisition) of office housing for separate categories of citizens who have the right to such housing" (KPKV 2751240) (further - budgetary funds).

2. The main manager of budgetary funds is Minregionstry, and managers of the lowest level - public authorities, National academy of Sciences according to the distribution given in appendix and on their predstavleniyambyudzhetny organizations which directly perform construction and acquisition of housing (further - managers), receivers of budgetary funds are the companies authorized by managers, organizations and the organizations.
