About approval of the Regulations on procedure for determination of the losses of the objects of flora located on lands of settlements which are subject to compensation and about modification of the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 12, 2004 No. 1275

According to article 60-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2003 "About flora" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for determination of the losses of the objects of flora located on lands of settlements which are subject to compensation.

2. From subitem 10.1 of Item 10 of the Regulations on procedure for removal of the objects of flora located on lands of settlements, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of October 12, 2004 No. 1275 (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 162, 5/14984), to exclude the paragraph of the sixth.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
