1. Approve lists of the companies with all stages of engineering procedure for production of oil products which have the right to produce gasolines the motor composite A-92 brands of EC, A-95 of EC, A-98 of EC with additives on the basis of bioethanol which content in noted gasolines constitutes from 2 percents by volume or with content of ethyl-rubs-butyl ether from 5 percents by volume (are applied).

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 3, 2005 of N705 "About Approval of Lists of the Oil Processing Companies Having All Stages of Engineering Procedure on Production of Oil Products, and the State Spirits Plants Which Will Produce High-octane Oxygen-containing Additives to Gasolines with Their Obligatory Denaturation Gasoline" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, N 31, the Art. 1873).
