3. This order becomes effective after state registration in judicial authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic and not earlier than fifteen days from the moment of publication in media.

4. To department of consumer protection and control of advertizing activities of the State agency after publication of the registered regulatory legal act to notify the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on source of official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy director of the State agency on the antimonopoly policy and development of the competition under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic - Aytbayeva A. K.
