About some types of providing for government employees
Being guided by article 21 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public service", I decide:
1. Determine that:
* since January 1, 2003 by provision of the next leave the benefit in the amount of monthly official pay rate is paid to the government employee;
* compulsory medical insurance of government employees and members of their families is performed at the expense of means of the government budget.
2. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in a month:
* taking into account nature of the job responsibilities fulfilled by government employees to prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the list of the positions which are subject to providing with office transport or the corresponding compensation, the size and payment procedure of compensations;
* resolve other issues following from this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
