I. Declare open for privatization the following companies of mechanical engineering industry and joint businesses created with their participation:

2. Azerelektroterm scientific and production association
3. Bakkonditsioner scientific and production association
4. Azerelektroishyg production association
5. Azerdezgyakhsenaye production association
6. Azyolmash production association
7. Production association of "Plane trees"
8. Mingyachevirkomplekskheymash production association
9. Orbita-service production association
10. Elektrotsentrolit plant
11. State bearing plant No. 7
12. Baku plant of cars
13. Zeyamkendmash plant
14. Integration of maintenance "Muscovite"
15. Joint-stock joint business of the closed Hazar-Lada type
16. Baku limited liability company "Kamazavtomerkez"
II. To provide to the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic transformation to joint-stock companies of the scientific and production associations "Azerelektromash", "Azerelektroterm", "Bakkonditsioner" specified in Item 1 of this Order, head enterprises of production associations "Azerelektroishyg", "Azyolmash", "Chinar", the Elektrotsentrolit plant and the State bearing plant No. 7 and their sale through investment tender, and also privatization of the others in stipulated by the legislation procedure.
