Enter since January 1, 1996 the national compulsory insurance from accidents of the workers occupied at works with the increased danger to life and health of systems and industries: power engineering specialists - the State joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik", geology - the Head geological department, constructions of energy objects - State-owned company on construction of energy objects, aircraft - the State-owned airline of the Republic of Tajikistan of Tochikiston, Committee on the state supervision of safe operation in the industry and to mountain supervision, motor transport - the Ministries of Transport and Road Facilities, Tadzhikkommunservice concern, the State committee of the Republic of Tajikistan for the industry, Committee on oil and gas under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, zolotodobyvayushcheykomitt on precious metals and kamnesamotsvetny raw materials, specialized department "Vzryvprom", geodesy - Head department of geodesy and cartography.
The specified categories of workers are considered insured against accidents during all term of performance of works with the increased danger to life and health on place of employment, including in case of accomplishment of this work in the time spent on official journeys.

Assign carrying out the national compulsory insurance from accidents of the workers occupied at works with the increased danger to life and health to the Tajik state-owned insurance company (Tadzhikgosstrakh), its firms and branches located in the cities and the regions of the Republic of Tajikistan.
