About the national compulsory personal insurance of officials of customs authorities of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Enter since January 1, 1994 the national compulsory personal insurance of officials of customs authorities on case of death (death), the wound (contusion), injury, disease got during service.
Insurance is performed at the expense of the funds allocated from the republican budget to Customs committee under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. Establish monthly insurance payments on the type of insurance provided by this resolution in the amount of 2 percent from expenses on payment on official pay rates, salaries on special ranks and length-of-service allowances, and also expense of bodies of national insurance in the amount of 8 percent from the amounts of these payments, in case of payments of insurance sums to insured.
The customs committee under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan monthly lists to insurance payments of the Tajik state insurance commercial organization, and for creation of insurance fund lists initial insurance premium in volume of insurance sum on each separate insurance event, the stipulated in Item 3 presents of the resolution.
The insurance payments which are not used in the current year are subject to offsetting on account of the next payments.
