About creation and activities of the motor expeditionary carriers of the international automobile carriers of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Create single system of the motor expeditionary carriers of the international automobile carriers of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. To the Ministry of Transport and Road Facilities of the Republic of Tajikistan to resolve issue of placement of the motor expeditionary carriers based on the unprofitable motor transportation companies of the republic.
4. Provide to the Tajik association of the international automobile carriers "AVVAT" of power on the organization and management of activities motor transportation expeditionary the companies in the Republic of Tajikistan.
5. To the Ministry of Economics and external commercial relations of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Tajik association of the international automobile carriers "AVVAT" to develop forecasts of the forthcoming cargo transportation, to determine amount of the expected cargo turnovers by regions of the Republic of Tajikistan.
6. To customs committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to strengthen control of movement of the vehicles performing international carriages according to international legal regulations and legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.
