About some measures for enhancement of insurance activity in the Republic of Tajikistan

To customs committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in case of cargo exportation from the Republic of Tajikistan to demand from buyers of loads obligatory availability of the insurance policy of State-owned company on investment insurance Tadzhikinvest under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

5. State-owned company on investment insurance Tadzhikinvest under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to develop Rules of cargo insurance, sent out of limits of the republic in a month and to bring them to the attention of the ministries, departments, companies, organizations and organizations.
