About approval of the Regulations on check points through frontier of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on check points through Frontier of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. To the state committee of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the ministries, departments, organizations, the organizations to take agreed measures on the organization of the omission through Frontier of physical persons, vehicles, loads, goods and animals according to requirements of this provision.

3. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan, Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, to the State unitary enterprise "Rocha of okhana Tochikiston", to the State unitary air enterprise "Tajik of Eyre" till January 31, 1999 to develop and approve normative and technical and organizational and methodical documentation on designing, construction and operation of check points through Frontier of the Republic of Tajikistan.
