About approval of the Procedure for carrying out certification of workplaces
For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval, entry into force of the Labor code of the Azerbaijan Republic and connected with it questions of legal regulation" of April 15, 1999 the No. 122 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Approve "Procedure for carrying out certification of workplaces" it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

1.1. This Procedure is basis in carrying out certification of workplaces in all organizations and the organizations which are in the territory of the republic, irrespective of legal forms and patterns of ownership and establishes the purposes of certification of workplaces, rules of its carrying out and use and registration of results of certification in organizations.
1.2. Certifications are subject all workplaces which are available in the organization.
1.3. Normative basis of certification of workplaces are the Labor code of the Azerbaijan Republic and the accepted according to the legislation, other regulatory legal acts, the standards of security system of work (SSSW), health regulations, regulations and hygienic standard rates.
1.4. Results of the certification of workplaces under the terms of work which is carried out according to this Procedure are used in the following purposes:
