About approval of the Procedure for maintaining and filling of registers for registration of notarial actions

For the purpose of proper implementation of requirements of article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "About notariate" I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining and filling of registers for registration of notarial actions which is applied.

2. To department of notariate and registration of lawyer associations (Krukoves N. V.):

2.1. Submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to N493 "About State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Ministries and Other Executive Bodies".

2.2. Bring this order to permission of the chief of Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chiefs of regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city justice departments and to provide control of its accomplishment.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy State secretary of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine L. V. Efimenko.
