About simplification of procedure for departure from the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of providing necessary conditions for realization by citizens of the Republic of Belarus the right to free departure from the Republic of Belarus, and also enhancement of control of citizens of the Republic of Belarus, the right on which departure from the Republic of Belarus is temporarily limited:
1. Determine that the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus is valid for temporary departures out of limits of the Republic of Belarus without putting down of mark in it about temporary departure from the Republic of Belarus.
2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on databank on citizens of the Republic of Belarus, the right on which departure from the Republic of Belarus is temporarily limited.
3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in two-month time to take the measures necessary for implementation of this Decree.
4. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2008, except for Item 3 and this Item which are becoming effective from the date of official publication of this Decree.
