About some questions of rendering free legal aid

Based on article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 1993 "About legal profession" for the purpose of ensuring realization by citizens of the rights to legal aid, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: protection of their rights, freedoms and legitimate interests

1. Determine that legal aid appears Bars free of charge at the expense of the means:

1.1. according to article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 1993 "About legal profession" (Vyarkhounaga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1993, No. 20, the Art. 242):

1.1.1. to claimants in Trial Courts in case of business management:

connected with employment legal relationship;

about collection of the alimony;

about indemnification, caused by mutilation or other damage of health, work-related;

about indemnification, the supporter caused by death;

1.2. to children in their interests, to their parents (guardians, custodians) for the benefit of children during the giving consultations, creation of legal documents about initiation of proceedings in courts, and also in the Trial Courts in case of business management connected with employment legal relationship, about collection of the alimony, about indemnification, caused by mutilation or other damage of health, work-related;

1.3. when giving the consultations on the questions which are not connected with business activity and also which are not requiring acquaintance with case:

1.3.1. to disabled people of I and II groups at giving the consultations which are not requiring acquaintance with case;

1.3.2. serviceman of compulsory military service;
