Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Within three years after entry into force of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 7, 2007 No. 413 "About enhancement of system of accounting of citizens at the place of residence and the place of stay" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 223, 1/8873) the documents which are the basis for registration of citizens at the place of residence or the place of stay in the absence of the documents provided in the paragraph the second subitem 4.2 of item 4 of the Regulations on registration of citizens at the place of residence and the place of the stay approved by this Decree are the certificate on the right to inheritance on the premises granted in accordance with the established procedure or the judgment about recognition of the property right to premises for the heir.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2008.
