being guided by need of deepening of economic cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Azerbaijan Republic,

proceeding from common interests of exchange of information concerning functioning of the national security markets,

for the purpose of investor protection, issuers and creation of conditions and premises for effective market development of securities, aiming to establish mutually acceptable basis for cooperation and consultations,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The purpose of this agreement consists in establishment between the Parties of the mutually beneficial cooperation providing exchange of necessary information, creation of single system of the mutual aid providing to each of the Parties accomplishment of the tasks assigned to it, transparency of carrying out transactions in the security markets.

Article 2

The parties agreed to promote realization of the following events:

ensuring placement of securities with issuers of the state of one Party in the territory of the state of other Party;

ensuring participation of investors of the state of one Party in the security market of the state of other Party;

adjustment of relations between the central depositaries of the states of the Parties, including establishment of correspondence relations;

the organization of information exchange between stock exchanges of both states.

Article 3

For the purpose of implementation of this agreement of the Party within the competence can perform cooperation in the following forms:

exchange of information about condition of the security markets;
