considering that the economic relations and the relations in humanitarian and social spheres are one of the most important elements of bilateral cooperation,
using benefits of the international labor division, specialization and cooperation of production, mutually advantageous trade to goal achievement of social and economic development of the states,
proceeding from need of further strengthening and development equal and mutually advantageous trade and economic and relations of production, giving to them of long-term and steady nature, effective use of economic and scientific and technical capacity of two states and growth in prosperity of their people,
attaching great value to implementation of economic reforms, creation of conditions for phased transition to free movement of goods, services, the capitals and labor power,
agreed as follows:
High contracting parties will perform the Program of long-term social and economic cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Azerbaijan Republic till 2015 (further - the Program) which is integral part of this Agreement.
The governments of High contracting parties exercise control of the program implementation course.
Economic cooperation of High contracting parties is performed by development of the mutually beneficial economic relations between subjects of business activity of both states irrespective of patterns of ownership according to the legislation of each of High contracting parties and international treaties which participants they are.
High contracting parties aim at cooperation in the main directions of social and economic development, enhancement of the regulatory legal base in the field of regulation of trade and economic relations.
