For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for confirmation of reliability of the certificates of origin from the Republic of Belarus issued by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and its departments, and the data declared in them the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for confirmation of reliability of certificates of origin from the Republic of Belarus and the data declared in them by customs authorities.
2. Declare invalid the order of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 1999 No. 270-OD "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for confirmation by customs authorities of certificates of origin from the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 67, 8/565).
3. Assign to management of tariff regulation and customs payments (Tararyshkin V. I.) functions on the organization of confirmation of reliability of certificates of origin from the Republic of Belarus and the data declared in them, on preparation of projects of requests, the notifications concerning performed and the conclusions about its results.
4. To chiefs of customs to bring contents of this resolution to staff of customs.
