At the same time the maximum size of the average monthly salary by types of economic activity accepted for calculation of the increased sizes of retirement benefits cannot exceed the twenty-fivefold monthly settlement indicator established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2008";
on 9 (nine) from the size drawn interest retirement benefits;
2) appointed during the period from January 1, 2003 to January 1, 2008, in the amount of the greatest of the following sizes:
depending on the working life and the average monthly income provided for calculation of retirement benefits. At the same time the maximum size of the average monthly income accepted for calculation of the increased sizes of retirement benefits cannot exceed the twenty-fivefold monthly settlement indicator established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2008";
on 9 (nine) from the size drawn interest retirement benefits;
