About approval of the Instruction about accounting treatment for resolutions of legal executives on collection of performing collection and control over their collection
In pursuance of Item 7 of the Regulations on procedure for collection and use of the performing collection approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 1, 2007 N PP-722, and according to Item 12 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 23, 2011 N PP-1602, I order:
1. Approve the Instruction about accounting treatment for resolutions of legal executives on collection of performing collection and control over their collection according to appendix.
Determine that performing collection is collected according to the executive documents which arrived in production of legal executives since December 1, 2007.
2. Register this order and to Management of state registration of departmental regulations (S. Sattarov) to enter the corresponding record in the State register of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. (A. Inanbabayev) to provide to management of systematization of the legislation and legal information publication of this regulatory legal act in "Uzbekiston Respublikasi Konun Huzhzhatlari tupla" - "Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
4. This order becomes effective in ten days from the date of its state registration.
5. To provide to department on execution of judgments, material and financial provision of activity of the courts within 10 days bringing to data of interested persons of this regulatory legal act.
6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister 3. Hudaykulova.
