4. The pharmaceutical warehouse will be organized for the purpose of supply with medicines and medical goods of the treatment and prevention facilities, the pharmaceutical companies and the organizations performing pharmaceutical and medical activities based on the corresponding licenses, and other legal entities.

5. The pharmaceutical warehouse shall have:

- license for implementation of pharmaceutical activities;

- the sign which is drawn up according to relevant requirements in the Tajik and Russian languages.

2. Requirements to productive activity

6. When implementing the activities the pharmaceutical warehouse shall provide:

- observance of statutory rules in warehouse conversion of goods, requirements imposed to storage of medicines and products of medical appointment;

- observance of procedure for product acceptance according to regulations;

- observance of procedure for certification and quality control of the arriving and sold products, execution of documentation on the medicines and medical goods delivered to consumers;

- safety of inventory items;
