3. The pharmaceutical Item can be organized as structural division of pharmaceutical organization or multidisciplinary organization in which charter the right occupation of pharmaceutical activities and also as the independent organization is provided.
4. Functioning of pharmaceutical Item requires the certificate of conformity of the room and the license for the right of implementation of pharmaceutical activities in accordance with the established procedure. If the pharmaceutical Item is created as structural division or branch of pharmaceutical organization, receipt of the separate license for occupation of pharmaceutical activities is not required.
5. Pharmaceutical and the trade financial activities of pharmaceutical Item are performed according to regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, the regulating documents Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan and requirements of this provision.
6. Control for pharmaceutical and trade financial activities, accomplishment of licensed requirements and conditions of pharmaceutical Item performs: the body which granted the license; other structures of state supervision and control within their competence according to the legislation.
