1. Enter since March 1, 2003 in the Republic of Belarus obligatory certification of services in maintenance and repair of the cash summing-up registers and special computer systems with simultaneous cancellation of licensing of these services.

Exempt the Main computer center and computer centers regional and Minsk of managements of statistics of the Ministry of statistics and the analysis from payment for issue of special permissions (licenses) for the right of maintenance and repair of the cash summing-up registers and special computer systems which the specified organizations will get before introduction of obligatory certification.

3. To committee on standardization, metrology and certification under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

till October 1, 2002 to develop and approve the state standards establishing requirements to maintenance and repair of the cash summing-up registers and special computer systems and procedure for their certification;

till November 15, 2002 to provide creation and accreditation of certification bodies of services in maintenance and repair of the cash summing-up registers and special computer systems.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Items 1 and 4, which become effective since March 1, 2003.
