About introduction of marking of goods control (identification) signs
For the purpose of ensuring economic safety of the state and protection of interests of citizens of the Republic of Belarus I decide:
1. Enter marking by control (identification) signs of goods according to the list approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus (further - the list).
2. Determine that:
2.1. acquisition, storage (except for storages of goods by their producers), use in production (except for uses of goods by their producers for self-produced needs), transportation (except for transit and export out of limits of the Republic of Belarus) and realization in the territory of the Republic of Belarus by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the goods specified in the list without drawing on them control (identification) signs is forbidden.
Requirements of part one of this subitem do not extend to the goods which are in the territory of the Republic of Belarus under customs control or moved on the territory of the Republic of Belarus under customs control;
2.2. the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing production, wholesale and (or) retail trade by the goods specified in the list, having the right to realize the remaining balance of these goods which are not marked by control (identification) signs, according to the procedure formed at them established by the Ministry of Trade in coordination with the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection;
2.3. marking by control (identification) signs is performed:
the goods imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus specified in the list - legal entities and individual predprinimatelyamiimporter outside the republic;
