About some measures for additional financing of bodies of the state statistics in 2002

1. Determine that in 2002 money, including in foreign currency, received by bodies of the state statistics from sale of summary statistical information, leasing of the buildings, constructions and non-residential premises which are at them on balance is in accordance with the established procedure enlisted into accounts of these bodies, are subject to transfer in the republican budget and are considered separately on the single treasurer account of the Ministry of Finance.

The specified money in Belarusian rubles including received from obligatory sale of foreign currency in the amount of, determined by the legislation, is used by bodies of the state statistics on strengthening of material and technical resources, payment of utility, transport services, communication services, running repair of the equipment, buildings and rooms, and also (to 20 percent) on additional material work incentives of workers.

2. In case of use of the state statistics by bodies not on purpose of the money received according to Item 1 of this Decree, their financing from the republican budget decreases by the amount of these means. The officials of the specified bodies guilty of inappropriate use of these means bear responsibility according to the legislation.

3. To the Ministry of Finance within the funds in Belarusian rubles transferred in 2002 by the Ministry of statistics and analysis according to Item 1 of this Decree in the republican budget:

make refining of the republican budget for the income and planned assignments of bodies of the state statistics;

transfer money into current accounts of these bodies based on requests of the Ministry of statistics and the analysis.

4. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to take necessary measures for implementation of this Decree.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on the State Control Committee.

6. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
