About approval of the Concept of the state support of non-governmental organizations of the Azerbaijan Republic

The intensive social and economic development observed in recent years in Azerbaijan pushes need of upgrade of model of the relations between the state and institutes of civil society, deepening of democracy, encouragement of activities of non-governmental organizations in the field of protection of national interests.

For the purpose of creation of stable and effective system of partnership between state bodies and non-governmental organizations, involvement of non-governmental organizations to the decision significant for development of the state and society of problems, accelerations of development of civil society I decide:

1. Approve the Concept of the state support of non-governmental organizations of the Azerbaijan Republic it (is applied).

2. Charge Administration of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic:

2.1. to prepare and provide to two-month time to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on creation of structure on non-governmental organizations and fund of the help to non-governmental organizations;

2.2. exercise control over the implementation of provisions of the Concept of the state support of non-governmental organizations of the Azerbaijan Republic and to regularly inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic within the powers to resolve the issues following from this Order.

4. This Order becomes effective from the date of its publication.
